Our Approach,  "Inspiration for Greatness"  (i4G)

Our Corporate Coaching and Communications (CCC) strategy provides top-quality inspirational corporate mentorship and professional training and coaching services. Through the years we have learned that most businesses suffer from two (2) major problems:

       1.   An organizational culture with a lack of purpose and a lack of inspirational attitude
       2.   A lack of sense of direction, knowledge or experience on how to align individual and organizational goals with emerging information technologies and new business process demands 

Both lead to lowered expectations and lack of business and personal growth.  CCC believes that it can improve upon and exploit these weaknesses to gain local market share while supporting its customers to transcend beyond their imagination.



TranXcend's CCC Division offers medular training on "The Success Principles" as an added value differentiated product from the local market.  TranXcend is a local consulting firm that has been trained and authorized to conduct these principles as taught directly by its Founder, Jack Canfield.  These principles will enable our customers to Transcend beyond their limits while achieving their goals and success by applying certain techniques learned throughout the training workshops. 

As a Division of TranXcend®, Inc., CCC will be able to jump start these mentorship services and culture transformation capabilities in a more responsive and customer centric approach.

Jack Canfields'Success Principles Workshop

Our workshop offerings are focus on the Success Principles theme.  This topic is based on the well recognized and successful principles taught by Jack Canfield in his book “Success Principles”.  Jack Canfield is a co creator of the phenomenal bestselling "Chicken Soup for the Soul" series who turns the principles he’s studied and taught inspiring others to get from where they are to where they want to be. 

The Success Principles workshops focuses on 64 principles that will support participants to focus on how to increase their inspiration, confidence, how to tackle daily challenges, live with passion and purpose and realize all their potential and ambitions.  These principles will be taught in 3 hour, 1 day and a 5 to 7 day session workshops.

When put into practice, these principles benefit participants in transforming their lives beyond their imagination including increasing their self-confidence and self-discovery.  They also provide a proven map that the participants need to achieve any goals desired.   

Coaching Communication Services

Coaching is a development process geared to support the idea of breaking loose the GREATNESS of individuals and teams.  It consists of a method of directing, supporting, guiding, inspiring and coaching a person or group of persons, with the aim to achieve same goal or develop specific skills.  Sessions are typically one-on-one either in person or over the phone. 

Our consulting services also consist of offering human resources management counseling and guidelines to small and medium organizations that do not have formal human resources personnel on board.  Services include counseling in the areas of employee disciplinary practices, development of Human Resources procedures and regulations, employee relations, and human resources labor related trainings as needed by the organization.  Our benefits include having any of our experienced Human Resource professionals on-call whenever the client is in need of consulting services without having an on-board employee expenses. 

The Coaching types offered include:

Business Coaching
Business Coaching provides positive support and feedback while offering occasional advice to an individual or group in order to help them recognize ways in which they can improve the effectiveness of their business.  Business coaching aims to attain a certain work behavior that will improve leadership, employee accountability, teamwork, sales, communication, goal setting and many other areas as identified in the client’s organization.

Personal Coaching
This area includes developing a professional relationship which is designed and defined in a mutual agreement between a client and the coach.  It is based on the client’s personal expressed interests, goals and objectives.  Personal Coaching focuses on inquiry, reflection, requests and discussion to help clients identify personal, professional and/or relationship goals; and to develop a game of strategies, relationships and action plans intended to achieve those goals.  Accountability is placed on the client by monitoring the clients’ progress towards implementation of their action plans.  Coaching support provides tangible and intangible results for an individual or an organization.
