TranXcend®  was founded on a vision of courage, conviction and inspirational values that through out the history of mankind, have proven over and over to be the most powerful weapon towards achieving a man's DREAM or for that matter, any successful enterprise.

Among these principles we underscore the following:

LEADERSHIP     For us, Leadership is being capable to envision what needs to be done and have the ability to get things done by working with and through the people.
COURAGECreativity requires to let go of certainties; hence, to be able to sacrifice who we are for what we would want to become requires strength of caracter and courage.
INTEGRITYThe power to Transcend political correctness and to focus and strive on human righteousness.
EXCELLENCEIs the art that is earned by training and habituation. We do not act rightly because we have virtue or excellence, but we rather have those because we have acted rightly. We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, for us, is not an act, but a habit.
WISDOMThe ability to optimally, effectively and efficiently apply experience, perceptions and knowledge to produce our desired results.

"Far better it is to dare mighty things, to win glorious triumphs, even though checkered by failure, than to take rank with those poor spirits who neither enjoy nor suffer much, because they live in the gray twilight that knows neither victory nor defeat."

                                                                                                                           Theodore Roosevelt

Our passion is to inspire people, change and organizational performance by aligning resources with technology and integrated services.  In doing so, the process of ethics, principles and values is as important as the goal itself.  In that sense, before TranXcend® was even born, it's founders were already busy promoting these values by sustaining strong participation in numerous Non Profit Organizations and Professional Associations or Committees as Executive Board Members.

Among some of these are:

 1.    Internet Society, Puerto Rico Chapter (ISOCPR)        Chairman of the Board
 2.  Puerto Rico Manufacturer's Association (PRMA)     Board Member
 3.  Puerto Rico's Coalition for the Private Sector     Board Member

 5.  Puerto Rico Branding Committee (PRIDCO)     Previous Board Member
 6.  Puerto Rico Legislative Economic Advisory Council      Previous Board member
